I am a graduate of the University of Miami, where I earned a degree in Philosophy. I recently began to tutor students in the Scholastic Achievement Test for college, as well as aid students in studying for the ISEE. I currently live in Massapequa, NY. My biggest asset is my flexible nature and that I am easily approachable. Knowing how to look at a problem from different angles until you find a solution that works for the student is the best way to learn. Students should be encouraged to ask questions and to ponder different parts of the learning process until they find a problem-solving method that works for them. I work to have an honest and open rapport with every student I tutor.Some of the subjects that I like tutoring are English, Essay Editing, Philosophy, and Grammar and Mechanics. If your students need help with testing, I help with SAT Math, SAT Verbal, SAT Writing, and SAT Critical Reading. I instruct on the LSAT and the ACT as well. When I am not tutoring, I spend time at the gym and play the guitar.
