I recently graduated college with an undergraduate degree in history. As a student, I spent much of my time at the local NPR station working on their education outreach programs. It was my job to help create educational tools. I also spent time at local events. While in college, I also tutored many of my fellow students. I helped with a variety of subjects, including history, test preparation, and writing. I can help with many topics, but I especially love tutoring history. This includes modern history to ancient civilizations. When working with students, I love to help them experience the connection between important events in history and themes. I believe that education is very important and I hope to see many positive changes and improvements in education systems in the future. My goal is to help my students feel more confident in the classroom and to also help them feel more excited about learning. I hope to encourage more students to reach their educational goals through my tutoring sessions.When I'm not working or tutoring, you can catch me traveling, spending time enjoying nature, and taking photographs.
